What I’m reading
Hey there,
So, I didn’t hit my Goodreads challenge in 2022, and I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little miffed about it.
Originally, I had it set at 50 books, but when I hit that by July/August, I upped it to 75, and then didn’t get any further than 61.
Setting my goal for 2023, it would’ve made total sense to set it at 50 again, right?
Yep.
But is that what I’ve done?
Nope.
No, apparently I was so certain I could do better this year, I’ve set my goal at 100 books.
I promise you, I’m rolling my eyes at myself. But I’m also determined.
So what am I reading first?
My first book of 2023 is going to be… Gilded by Marissa Meyer
I was waiting for the second book in the duet to release, and now it has, I can’t really justify putting it off any longer. Also, I may have had Gilded out from my library for the last 32 weeks…
So there’s that.
